Payment Options

Smarter Surfaces offers three different payment options to best suit your needs. When placing an order online, you can choose to pay via Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.

If you choose to pay via credit card or PayPal, your order will be processed immediately.

If you choose the bank transfer option, you’ll be sent our bank details and your order will be put on hold until the payment has been confirmed by our bank. Once we receive our bank confirmation (which can take up to 3 working days, depending on your bank and on where you are based), your order will be processed, and you’ll be sent your invoice.

If you wish to remove or repaint over one of our paints, simply sand down the area, apply Smart White Primer or a good quality water-based white primer, and paint as normal with standard paint.

All our wallpapers can be removed like any other commercial wallpaper.

You can return your unused Smarter Surfaces purchase for any reason – even if you have simply changed your mind. Please click here to read our Returns and Refunds policy.

Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available for all of our products. Should you need them please email support@smartersurfaces.com with your request.

All of our paints should be stored between 41°F and 77°F in a cool, well-ventilated area away from sources of heat, ignition and direct sunlight. Keep container tightly sealed.

All wallpapers should be stored in a dry environment.

For Projector Paints only: if opened, properly reseal and store upright to prevent spillage.

Taxes and Duties:

Import taxes are covered by Smarter Surfaces. If you are charged by our courier please contact us at support@smartersurfaces.com and we will assist you in getting a refund for these fees.

Smarter Surfaces has its origins in the environment. Our first product – the award-winning whiteboard paint, Smart Whiteboard Paint– was invented specifically to eliminate whiteboards and flip charts from offices and classrooms all over the world.

Since then, our product range has expanded to allow our customers to choose from a wide range of functionalities including: magnetic, projector, whiteboard and some products which offer more than one functionality. We also manufacture and sell a range of functional wallpapers, films and plaster, as well as paint.
