The adhesive is not supplied and should be bought separately. You must use a vinyl over vinyl adhesive for the magnetic wallpapers.

Are there different colors available?

Smart Whiteboard Wallpaper is only available in white; Smart Whiteboard Wallpaper – Low Sheen (Projector and Whiteboard) is only available in white.

To create a whiteboard surface in any color use Smart Whiteboard Paint – Clear.

Are there different sizes available?

Smart Whiteboard Wallpaper and Smart Whiteboard Wallpaper – Low Sheen (Projector and Whiteboard) are available in 53ft² & 107ft².

What are the gloss levels/measurements of Smart Whiteboard Wallpapers?

For Smart Whiteboard Wallpaper and Smart Magnetic Whiteboard Wallpaper, the Gloss Measurement is 98 GU at 60 degrees
For Smart Whiteboard Wallpaper Low Sheen and Smart Magnetic Whiteboard Wallpaper Low Sheen the Gloss Measurement is 41 GU at 60 degrees

How to clean a whiteboard wall?

Your writable surface can be wiped clean with a regular dry or slightly damp cloth. For easier cleaning, you can also use any standard Whiteboard Cleaning Spray. For tough or stubborn marks, we recommend customers use our Permanent Ink Remover.

What type of projector can be used with Smart Whiteboard
Wallpaper – Low Sheen?

Smart Whiteboard Wallpaper – Low Sheen is suitable for use with most projectors, including interactive projectors. Please note: Smart Whiteboard Wallpapers are not interactive whiteboards.

What type of markers can be used with Smart Whiteboard Wallpapers?

Any high quality whiteboard markers, like those found in our range, can be used.

How to get permanent marker off a whiteboard wall.

First, write over the area with a whiteboard marker. Next, use our Permanent Ink Remover and a microfibre cloth to erase the marker.

Can Smart Whiteboard Wallpaper be applied on any surface?

Our whiteboard wallpapers are designed to be applied to smooth surfaces. They can also be applied to curved walls. Ensure all debris and previous wallpapers have been removed. Absorbent surfaces should be treated with a primer before application.

What glue to use for whiteboard wallpaper?

Smart Whiteboard Wallpaper can be applied using a ready mixed heavy duty wallpaper adhesive. Simply apply the adhesive to the wall using a roller and then apply the whiteboard wallpaper.

What direction should I hang my whiteboard wallpaper?

Smart Whiteboard Wallpapers can be hung horizontally or vertically, depending on your preference. We recommend hanging the writing wallpaper horizontally to minimize seams on writing areas.

How to hide whiteboard wallpaper seams.

At the joint, overlap the dry erase vinyl and double cut right through with a sharp blade. This will minimize the appearance of seams on your whiteboard surface.

Is there a way to apply the dry wipe wallpaper on the top of wooden linoleum?

Yes, usually you can apply one coat of primer to smooth the surface and then hang the wallpaper on top. If the surface is very rough, then we recommend using a filling compound to make it smooth and before applying the wallpaper.

How can I remove air bubbles in the wallpaper?

Use a utility knife to slit the bubble keeping slit as small as possible.
Push down on the bubble to remove the air from the bubble.
With a syringe or glue applicator, squirt glue into the opening.
Smooth the deflated bubble with a roller.
Wipe off excess adhesive with a damp sponge.

Do I need to prime the surface before applying one of the Smart Whiteboard Wallpapers?

Only absorbent surfaces should be treated with a primer before application. If the surface is uneven you can also apply primer to smooth out the surface.
