We work with a network of Kenyian and International courier services
This allows us to offer you the best shipping options available.
If you place your order before 1pm EAT Monday to Friday, our warehouse will process your order the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm EAT, will be processed on the next working day. Orders made on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday morning.

Returns & Refunds
At Antarc, we try our very best to ensure customers are completely satisfied with their orders.
If for any reason, you need to return goods to us, please follow the steps below.
Returns process and refund policy for Smarter Surface products:
For your peace of mind, you can return your unused Smarter Surfaces purchase to us and we will refund the purchase price of the product(s).
Customers who wish to return their order must notify us within 14 days of purchase.
If you wish to do so, please follow the steps below:
Email support@smartersurfaces.ke explaining the reason for your return.
Please also state your order number. A support agent will request that you return the items to our warehouse.
The goods will then be inspected to ensure they are of merchantable quality.
Once the goods are confirmed to be in resellable condition, we will happily issue you with a full refund for the amount of the items.
Return Fees
We ask that the customer be responsible for all shipping charges. No unpaid returns will be accepted.
Note: In the unlikely event that the items are damaged by the carrier, you will be able to file a claim with the delivering carrier for the full cost of the items damage
